the security benefits can out weigh anything. Just write down your password and
store it in a safe place where no one else will see.

security is to change your password every other month or so.
This way if someone does break into your system they will
not be able to gain access for long.
They will have to re guess the password all over again.
This is particularly helpful when someone breaks into your computer or network
without your knowledge.
Just remember to make sure you run a virus scan at the very
minimum every month.
It is best to use at least seven or more combination of
letters and numbers when trying to think of a password.
The more fields you have in your computer password security the more secure
your computer password security will be.
Just remember, do not use any old password like your pets
name or other common knowledge about you. People can guess these even if they
do know you.
